-24 hour on call 7 days a week for emergencies

-Conduct bi-annual inspection of the property

-Call and set up contractors for larger repairs / EXTRA CHARGES MAY APPLY

-Clean and prepare rental property after tenant leaves

-Show unit to potential new tenants
