When a tenant vacates the property we will enter and evaluate the unit. With years of experience in design and maintenance we will let you know our ideas to make a beautiful living space for the next tenants. Everything from Paint, Minor Electrical, Plumbing, Floors, Baseboard, to installing New Kitchen Cabinets. Once the evaluation is done we will sit down and discuss what the owners/property needs are and work out a cost and a timeline that will satisfy everyone's needs. Our goal is to make beautiful living spaces while keeping costs down for landlords. That way everyone is happy.
